资源简介:

This record provides the AI-readable structured package for SΔϕ-22 — Authority Editing Protocols: Minimal Re-entry Governance after Judgment (v1.0).

SΔϕ-22 operationalizes SΔϕ-21 by specifying the minimal Authority Editing Protocol (AEP): the re-entry governance loop that keeps authority revisable at finite cost. Its core thesis is that open persistence is not a belief in openness but the maintenance of authority editability under finite cost.

The package defines stable openness not as maximizing freedom, weakening all authority, or endlessly revising commitments, but as keeping authority assignments editable while preventing collapse into drift or closure. Authority becomes dangerous when it is treated as non-negotiable; authority without stability yields drift. AEP formalizes the minimal middle path: stable authority that remains revisable.

SΔϕ-22 defines the core terms inherited from SΔϕ-20 and SΔϕ-21: intuition marker
I
, authority
A
, judgment
J
, editability
Eᵈ
, authority debt
Dᴀ
, trigger
τ
, rollback handle
ρ
, and maintenance mode. Authority editing is activated by triggers such as conflict, error, external perturbation, or closure precursors.

The package formalizes five minimal protocol axioms: trigger necessity, budget reality, rollback handle, marker-authority separation, and maintenance. It then specifies the seven-step Authority Editing Protocol: detect
τ
; freeze execution softly; isolate
A
from
I
; estimate revision cost; apply minimal edit; retain rollback handle; and log plus re-entry.

AEP performance is diagnosed through three regimes: drift or under-authority, where
τ
is detected but
A
never stabilizes; closure or over-authority, where
τ
is ignored or reframed and
A
is treated as non-negotiable; and open persistence or editable authority, where
τ
triggers minimal edits,
ρ
is retained, and
Dᴀ
is controlled.

The package also introduces co-environmentalization as a downstream implication: a state where two systems become each other’s persistence boundary conditions. In such coupled environments, AEP is not merely an internal procedure but a governance condition for mutual persistence. The decisive diagnostic is not cooperation, but whether editability persists under finite cost.

This AI-readable package is designed for machine ingestion, agent routing, citation-aware retrieval, and low-cost reuse by AI systems. It includes canonical PDF, Markdown, and TXT versions; AEP axioms; minimal definitions; Authority Editing Protocol steps; trigger model; soft-freeze execution; marker-authority isolation; revision cost estimation; minimal edit model; rollback handle retention; log and re-entry notes; diagnostic regimes; co-environmentalization notes; boundary notes; routing notes; upstream/downstream bridges; minimal prompts; structured YAML and JSON files; citation metadata; and checksums.

This package should not be used as legal procedure, political doctrine, moral authority theory, institutional design by itself, psychological therapy, proof that all authority should be weakened, justification for endless revision, or clinical/cognitive diagnosis. SΔϕ-22 fixes only minimal authority-editing dynamics after judgment.
