Increased trophic transfer of ARGs along a plant-snail food chain under arsenic stress

This study combined field surveys and laboratory simulation experiments to analyze ARG characteristics within the soil-plant-snail food chain.Feld survey: 16 soil samples, 23 plant samples (lettuce, celtuce, spinach), 16 snail samples under the arsenic-contaminated gradient.Pot experiments: Control and arsenic contamination (45 mg/kg) to investigate ARGs in the soil-celtuce -snail food chain.
