Inland water on the Tibetan Plateau

This data include the physical, chemical and biological indicators such as dissolved organic carbon (DOC), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), δD-H2O, δ18O-H2O and δ13C-DIC isotopes, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) of 20 of the main lakes and 6 of the main rivers in Qinghai Province, China, whose altitudes range from between 2550–4542 m and areas range from between 5–4346 km2. Field campaigns were mainly conducted in Qinghai Province in July 2020.
