Complete Genomes of Three APEC Strains from Pakistani Poultry

Here, we present the complete genome sequences of three avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) strains—PE53, PE136, and PE143—isolated from liver and spleen specimens of 3-week-old chickens exhibiting systemic colibacillosis. The strains were cultured in LB medium at 37°C, and genomic DNA was extracted using the Wizard® Genomic DNA Purification Kit (Promega). High-fidelity (HiFi) long-read sequencing was performed on the PacBio Revio platform.
