Reproducibility dataset for: Spectral Organization under Constrained Transformation Dynamics

This repository contains the full reproducibility package associated with the manuscript: “Spectral Organization under Constrained Transformations” - transformation and analysis scripts- synthetic and real datasets- null model implementations- aggregated results and intermediate outputs The provided material allows full reproduction of the spectral migration experiments described in the manuscript, including operator-dependent effects and null-stress validation. All experiments were performed under fixed and controlled parameter settings to ensure consistency and comparability. This repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent verification of the reported results. For citation and context, refer to the associated manuscript.
