Genetic machining project aiming at a structural, metabolic and biocorrosion-causing understanding of biofilms in the concrete galleries of the dam, using a multi-omics approach - genomics, metagenomics and transcriptomics - with next-generation sequencing to compare the genomes of the present taxa activity , determination of active and microbial biocorrosive metabolic pathways. For this, samples will be collected and sequencing platforms will be more efficient and with the most current bioinformatics tools.
