Differential transcriptome analysis of activated splenic CD8 T cells revealed a hybrid phenotype in the context of renal autoantigen crosspresentation, combining hallmarks of activation and T cell dysfunction. Overall design: OT-1 cells were isolated (FACS sorting) from spleens and lymph nodes of 2 wildtype and 2 NOH mice 7 days after adoptive transfer and activating LM-OVA infection and analyzed using scRNA-seq (10x platform).
