Genome Sequencing and Assembly of Escherichia coli and Shigella spp.

This project involves genome sequencing of Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli (EIEC) and Shigella species isolated from clinical and non-clinical stool samples in Thailand. The objective is to analyze and compare the genomic features of these pathogens to enhance the understanding of their genetic diversity, virulence factors, and epidemiological trends in the region.
