Silurus glanis reference transcriptome assembly

The genetic resources of the species are still largely unexplored. It requires a more complete reference genome and transcriptome , both of which are currently not yet available. Our group has constructed a new high-quality reference transcriptome using 10 different types of tissue samples from a Silurus glanis specimen applying next-generation (NGS) and third-generation sequencing methods.
