Aluto volcano event catalogue and borehole data from Yemane et al., 2025, JGR Solid Earth

Catalogue of seismic events recorded at Aluto volcano, Main Ethiopian Rift, during the period 2012 to 2014. Data are provided in CSV format and were used in the study "Interconnectivity of Magmatic and Hydrothermal Systems of Aluto Volcano in the Main Ethiopian Rift inferred from Seismicity" (Yemane et al., 2025, JGR: Solid Earth). Earthquake locations were determined using QuakeMigrate (https://github.com/QuakeMigrate/QuakeMigrate) for event detection and NonLinLoc (https://alomax.free.fr/nlloc/) for hypocentre relocation. See Yemane et al. (2025) for full details on detection, processing, and location methodology. Original seismic waveform data are available from the XM network via IRIS Data Services (http://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/dataselect/1/). See the paper for further details. Borehole data, including temperature and depth information, are compiled from geothermal wells at Aluto and are used in Figure 9 of the manuscript to explore spatial relationships between seismicity and hydrothermal structure.
