Patterns of Crop Residue Burning

This dataset includes farm field geometries of different patterns of crop residue burning, identified using very-high-resolution satellite images openly available on Google Earth Pro. The fields identified are from Punjab, India and are marked as partially burnt, completely burnt, green unburnt, golden-yellow unburnt, and unburnt from images on November 10, 2020 and October 29, 2021. The field geometries in this dataset could be superimposed on any medium-resolution satellite data (like Sentinel-2) of the corresponding dates to obtain the satellite data for different types of fields.
