Calmette BCG Multiome Data

This repository holds processed data files (raw RNA counts and ATAC fragments) for the Calmette Multiome dataset. In this study, cryopreserved PBMC samples from the Danish Calmette Study (Trial Registration Number NCT01694108) were profiled using Progenitor Input Enrichment combined single-nucleus RNA and ATAC (snRNA/ATAC) sequencing (PIE-Seq). Raw data was aligned to GRCh38 using the Cell Ranger ARC 2.0.2 pipeline. Due to confidentiality concerns for trial participants, raw snRNA/snATAC sequencing data will not be publicly released, but will be available for investigators upon reasonable request to the authors and fulfillment of a research data use agreement.
