Two-point correlation function dataset and analysis outputs for "Unveiling the Strong Interaction origin of Baryon Masses with Lattice QCD"
收藏资源简介:
It includes raw lattice QCD two-point correlation functions, intermediate analysis outputs, and final fit results. These were used to compute baryon masses, quark sigma terms, and trace anomaly contributions. The structure of the dataset is as follows: lqcd_data/ ├── baryon_meson_data_h5/ # Raw two-point correlators (~25 GB) ├── precomputed_Propagators/ # Precomputed propagators (~3.3 GB) for Chroma-based measurements ├── precomputed_pydata_eff_mass/ # Effective mass fit outputs (~3.1 GB) ├── precomputed_pydata_global_fit/ # Global fit results (~18 MB) ├── Propagators/ # Output directory (auto-generated during runtime) ├── Configuration/ # Test gauge configurations for demonstration only The Configuration/ directory contains a small subset of test gauge configurations and propagators. These are intended for demonstration purposes only, such as verifying the workflow from gauge configurations to baryon two-point functions. Full production configurations are not included due to storage limitations. The analysis workflow is supported by a Docker container, available on GitHub at: https://github.com/hubl1/chroma-meas/pkgs/container/chroma-meas and https://github.com/hubl1/baryon-analysis If you use this dataset, please cite the associated publication and this Zenodo record using its DOI.
