The overall goal of this study was to compare gene expression profiles in control and NRP2-knockdown prostate cancer cells. Stable silencing of NRP2 in enzalutamide-resistant human prostate cancer cell lines, C4-2B ENZR, was established using shRNA-expressing lentiviral infection followed by antibiotic selection. Two samples were analyzed by RNA-Seq.
