Repco Limited was formed in 1937, combining the interests of Replacement Parts Pty. Ltd. and Auto Grinders Co. Pty. Ltd. Repco Limited absorbed many smaller automotive component manufacturers and distributors and successfully entered international areas of manufacture and marketing.
