Engineered E. coli swarming for binary and analog input recording — time-lapse image datasets
收藏资源简介:
Raw time-lapse image sequences supporting the study “Engineered E. coli swarming for binary and analog input recording”. This record includes 24-hour time-lapse image datasets of hypermotile E. coli carrying pLac-fliA and pLac-rpoS plasmids, along with a corresponding pLac-gfp control, swarming under constant IPTG conditions. It also includes a dataset capturing a spatially and temporally localized IPTG perturbation during colony expansion in pLac-rpoS and pLac-gfp colonies. These data were used for time-resolved feature extraction and dynamic analyses of colony growth and morphology. Colonies were grown in standard Petri dishes (100-mm diameter), providing a reference scale for colony size. See README.txt for detailed dataset organization and naming conventions.
