MGF300-4L is a virulence factor of ASFV

For the RNA-seq, primary porcine alveolar macrophages were cultured in 12-well cell culture plates, infected with of the MGF300-4L-deleted ASFV mutant (Del4L) or ASFV HLJ/18 in triplicate at a MOI of 5 for 12 or 20 h, and collected in TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, 15596026CN). All the sample analyses were carried out in triplicates. Genome-wide differential gene expression analyses were performed using RNA deep sequencing.
