Prognosebuch: day-ahead electricity price forecasts for DE-LU with a public, pre-registered track record

Prognosebuch ("forecast ledger") publishes a probabilistic forecast (P10/P50/P90, 15-minute resolution) of German day-ahead electricity prices (bidding zone DE-LU) for D+1 and D+2 every morning, before the auction results are published. Each forecast is committed as an immutable file with a manifest (issue time, data cutoffs, code commit, SHA-256), scored automatically against the real prices and compared with rules of thumb, including missed days and Diebold-Mariano tests.
