提供的未来3天逐3、6、12小时露营气象指数数据,覆盖安吉的72个网格格点,每天两次滚动发布。这些数据基于精细化的网格预报技术,能够为用户提供基于位置的高分辨率露营气象指数信息。用户调用后可根据实际位置匹配最近网格等方法直接使用。这些数据可以用于提升露营体验、保障露营安全、优化旅游管理等方面。 提供的未来3天逐3、6、12小时露营气象指数数据,覆盖安吉的72个网格格点,每天两次滚动发布。这些数据基于精细化的网格预报技术,能够为用户提供基于位置的高分辨率露营气象指数信息。用户调用后可根据实际位置匹配最近网格等方法直接使用。这些数据可以用于提升露营体验、保障露营安全、优化旅游管理等方面。我们自动提取安吉范围智能网格逐3、6、12小时客观预报产品,建立气象要素与交通气象指数的多元线性统计关系,结合交通气象指数算法和规则本地化后自动生成逐3、6、12小时交通气象指数智能网格客观预报产品。选取前3天累计降水量、前24小时累计降水量、天气状况、风速、人体舒适度构建露营气象指数,将各气象因子按对露营的影响程度分成五个等级,以其中影响等级最高值作为露营气象指数。一级为非常适宜,前3天降雨量=0,前24小时降雨量=0,天气状况为晴、多云,0m/s≤风速<2m/s,舒适度指数对应为5级;二级为适宜,0mm<前3天降雨量<10mm,0mm<前24小时降雨量<5mm,天气状况为阴,2m/s≤风速<3m/s,舒适度指数对应为4或6级;三级为不太适宜,10mm<前3天降雨量<25mm,5mm<前24小时降雨量<10mm,天气状况为微量降水,3m/s≤风速<4m/s,舒适度指数对应为3或7级;四级为不适宜,25mm<前3天降雨量<50mm,10mm<前24小时降雨量<25mm,天气状况为小到中雨(雨夹雪、雪),4m/s≤风速<5m/s,舒适度指数对应为2或8级;五级为非常不适宜,前3天降雨量≥50mm,前24小时降雨量≥25mm,天气状况为大雨(雨夹雪、雪)及以上,风速≥5m/s,舒适度指数对应为1或9或10级。其中的舒适度BCMI计算公式为:BCMI=(1.8TC+32)-0.55(1-RH)(1.8TC-26)-3.2√V。式中,BCMI为人体舒适度气象指数(无量纲)、TC为气温(℃)、RH为相对湿度(%)、V为风速(m/s)。BCMI分级标准分别为:1级,BCMI范围0-25;2级,BCMI范围26-38;3级,BCMI范围39-50;4级,BCMI范围51-58;5级,BCMI范围59-70;6级,BCMI范围71-75;7级,BCMI范围76-79;8级,BCMI范围80-85;9级,BCMI范围86-89;10级,BCMI≥90。

This dataset provides 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour interval camping meteorological index data for the next 3 days, covering 72 grid points in Anji, and is updated twice daily on a rolling basis. This data is based on refined grid forecasting technology, which can provide users with location-based high-resolution camping meteorological index information. Users can directly use it by matching the nearest grid according to their actual location after calling the interface. It can be used to improve camping experience, ensure camping safety, optimize tourism management, and other aspects. This dataset provides 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour interval camping meteorological index data for the next 3 days, covering 72 grid points in Anji, and is updated twice daily on a rolling basis. We automatically extract objective forecast products of smart grids in Anji at 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour intervals, establish a multiple linear statistical relationship between meteorological elements and traffic meteorological indexes, and automatically generate 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour interval traffic meteorological index smart grid objective forecast products by localizing traffic meteorological index algorithms and rules. The camping meteorological index is constructed by selecting the cumulative precipitation in the past 3 days, cumulative precipitation in the past 24 hours, weather conditions, wind speed, and human comfort. Each meteorological factor is divided into five grades according to its impact on camping, and the highest impact grade among them is taken as the camping meteorological index. Level 1 (Very Suitable): Cumulative precipitation in the past 3 days = 0, cumulative precipitation in the past 24 hours = 0, weather conditions are sunny or cloudy, 0 m/s ≤ wind speed < 2 m/s, and the corresponding comfort index is Level 5; Level 2 (Suitable): 0 mm < cumulative precipitation in the past 3 days < 10 mm, 0 mm < cumulative precipitation in the past 24 hours < 5 mm, weather condition is overcast, 2 m/s ≤ wind speed < 3 m/s, and the corresponding comfort index is Level 4 or 6; Level 3 (Less Suitable): 10 mm < cumulative precipitation in the past 3 days < 25 mm, 5 mm < cumulative precipitation in the past 24 hours < 10 mm, weather condition is trace precipitation, 3 m/s ≤ wind speed < 4 m/s, and the corresponding comfort index is Level 3 or 7; Level 4 (Unsuitable): 25 mm < cumulative precipitation in the past 3 days < 50 mm, 10 mm < cumulative precipitation in the past 24 hours < 25 mm, weather condition is light to moderate rain (sleet, snow), 4 m/s ≤ wind speed < 5 m/s, and the corresponding comfort index is Level 2 or 8; Level 5 (Very Unsuitable): Cumulative precipitation in the past 3 days ≥ 50 mm, cumulative precipitation in the past 24 hours ≥ 25 mm, weather condition is heavy rain (sleet, snow) or above, wind speed ≥ 5 m/s, and the corresponding comfort index is Level 1, 9 or 10. The calculation formula of the comfort index BCMI is: BCMI = (1.8TC + 32) - 0.55(1 - RH)(1.8TC - 26) - 3.2√V. Where BCMI is the human comfort meteorological index (dimensionless), TC is air temperature (℃), RH is relative humidity (%), and V is wind speed (m/s). The grading standards for BCMI are as follows: Level 1: BCMI range 0-25; Level 2: BCMI range 26-38; Level 3: BCMI range 39-50; Level 4: BCMI range 51-58; Level 5: BCMI range 59-70; Level 6: BCMI range 71-75; Level 7: BCMI range 76-79; Level 8: BCMI range 80-85; Level 9: BCMI range 86-89; Level 10: BCMI ≥ 90.
