16S rRNA sequencing of loggerhead sea turtle epizoic biofilms on skin and carapace in Adriatic Sea

The study includes 16S rRNA gene sequences (V4 region) of incidentally caught loggerhead sea turtles' skin and carapace epizoic microbial communities (total 54 samples, 26 turtles).
