This repository contains the processed figure-specific source data supporting the manuscript: Integrated proteogenomics reveals cargo-rich pathogenic outer membrane vesicles from hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae. The repository includes the processed datasets used for the generation of Figures 3–7 and their associated Supplementary Data. Whole-genome sequencing data are publicly available through NCBI BioProject PRJNA1012017. Raw mass spectrometry proteomics data are publicly available through the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE partner repository (PXD045083). The files contained in this repository correspond exclusively to the processed source data used for statistical analyses, protein annotation, functional enrichment, candidate prioritization, and figure generation. This repository is intended to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and data reuse.
