Transcriptome of anorexic and preferred silkworms fed to artificial diet

During the breeding silkworm varieties of artificial diet preferred eating, it was found that the Xin was anorexia and the Haoyue A was fond of eating. F1 derived from the hybridization between Xin and Haoyue A and F2 stemmed from F1 self-cross. We separated the anorexic and preferred silkworms from the F2 generation according to the condition of condition of setae dispersion and body length changes. And then we analyzed the transcriptomes of the anorexic and preferred individuals to artificial diet in the F2 generation.
