Prevention of severe infectious complications after colorectal surgery using antimicrobial decontamination of the digestive tract

The dataset comprises all data collected for the PreCaution trial (see "Related Publication"). Data from 78 included patients is stored, all data are anonymized and individuals are coded with a unique number.
Only the variables that are included in this dataset are made publicly. The original data can be requested three years after the last endpoint is analysed by the members of the study group. The data can be requested by contacting the principal investigator Prof. dr. Jan Kluytmans
