In this study, whole genome of a clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated in Vietnam in 2015 which showed strong resistance to most antibiotics, including both carbapenem and colistin, was sequenced by Minion Nanopore and Illumina Miseq system. The genome sequence was further analyzed by bioinformatic software for genetic characteristics that are responsible for antibiotic resistance of this strain.
