Ghana longitudinal mother-infant microbiome

This project contains a cohort of 23 mother-infant dyads from Accra in Ghana, with samples collected at the time of the infants birth and two weeks, one month, two months, three months, four months, and five months of age. From the infants, nasal, saliva, and stool samples were collected; while nasal, saliva, breast milk and areola skin samples were collected from the mothers.
