Data and code for: Bay Assessment Model evaluation of Florida Bay salinity under restoration and sea-level rise
收藏资源简介:
Model code, input data, boundary forcing, model output and analysis supporting the paper "Bay Assessment Model evaluation of Florida Bay salinity under restoration and sea-level rise" (Estuaries and Coasts). The study couples output from South Florida Water Management District regional planning models to the Bay Assessment Model, a mass-conservative box model of water and salt exchange across the carbonate mudbanks of Florida Bay, to compare the Florida Bay salinity signal of authorized Everglades restoration projects against that of sea-level rise. Contents model/ — Bay Assessment Model source and its input data directory forcing/ — marsh stage and sea-level offset files, daily boundary stage extracted from each regional planning run, the mesh definition and extraction code runs/ — the baseline run, three coupled restoration runs, and thirteen sea-level and freshwater scenario runs analysis/ — skill metrics, response calculations, figure and table generators, and their outputs README.txt describes the layout and how to reproduce the results. README_BAM_ESCO_model-runs.txt lists every model run, its purpose, and which figure or table it supports. PROVENANCE.txt records data sources, retrieval dates, checksums and what was deliberately excluded. The Bay Assessment Model is developed at https://github.com/SoftwareLiteracyFoundation/BAM and is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3, which also governs model/ and analysis/ here.
