In this study, we collected river samples and conducted on-site as well as laboratory experiments for analysis. Accordingly, the main purposes of this study are: (1) to explore changes in the distribution of sources and compositional characteristics of dissolved organic matter (DOM) along the course of reclaimed water recharge streams; (2) analyze the diversity of microbial communities in reclaimed water recharge streams, as well as the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of pathogenic bacteria; (3) elucidate the relationship between water quality indicators and the composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in reclaimed water recharge streams in relation to bacterial communities, including pathogenic bacteria.
