The climate agencies included were the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Tokyo Climate Center (TCC), the Meteorological Office of the Australian Government (MOAG), and the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies of Colombia (IDEAM).
