Data and Code for "Dietary Patterns and Gut Microbiome Modulation in Cancer Immunotherapy: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis"

This repository provides the complete reproducibility package for the systematic review and meta-analysis “Dietary Patterns and Gut Microbiome Modulation in Cancer Immunotherapy”. It contains two files: 1) `extracted_study_data.csv` – study-level variables for all included investigations (effect sizes, precision estimates, sample sizes, participant characteristics, study design features, and dietary assessment methods); 2) `analysis_script.R` – fully annotated R code that reproduces every analytical step, including random-effects meta-analysis models, heterogeneity statistics, leave-one-out sensitivity analyses, funnel plots, and forest plots. A plain-text `ReadMe.txt` explains variable labels and software requirements. No individual patient data are shared; only aggregated summary statistics are provided, ensuring participant confidentiality while enabling full computational reproducibility of the review findings.
