Bromodomain protein inhibition protects β-cells from cytokine-induced death and dysfunction via antogonism of NF-κB pathway

We report that BET inhibitor (I-BET762) protect against cytokine induced pancreatic beta-cell apoptosis and did RNA-Seq to determine global transcriptome changes with the drug.本研究报道，BET抑制剂（BET inhibitor）I-BET762可保护机体免受细胞因子诱导的胰腺β细胞凋亡，并开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）以明确该药物处理后的全局转录组变化。
