Staurosporine treatment of PC12 cells induces neurogenesis. In this work we have first identified differently expressed genes in the presence of staurosporine. Then we have constructed gene regulatory networks for TFs and miRNAs affected by the treatment. The results then compared across several neurogenesis small molecules including NGF, PACAP, TMT, to better understand the molecular mechanism underlying neurogenesis by these factors.
