Replication Package: Variable-Speed Team Orienteering with Time-Decaying Rewards

Benchmark instances, experimental parameters, per-instance computational results, and the technical companion for the paper "Variable-Speed Team Orienteering with Time-Decaying Rewards" submitted to European Journal of Operational Research. Contains 10 OPLib-derived benchmark instances with time-decaying reward calibration, raw experimental data for all computational experiments (phase transition analysis, fixed-route speed layer comparison, exact benchmarks, main ALNS comparison, convergence analysis, and multi-UAV experiments), vector figures, and the technical companion with complete proofs and algorithmic pseudocode. Random instances are generated deterministically; generation code and seeds are documented in the README.
