本研究通过对同一对照组与Nrl纯合敲除(Nrl-/-)视网膜样本中的非聚腺苷酸化RNA(non-polyadenylated RNA)进行深度测序(deep sequencing),开展非编码转录谱分析(non-coding transcriptional profiling),以鉴定依赖于Nrl的非编码RNA(non-coding RNA, ncRNA)。非编码转录谱分析是鉴定小鼠视网膜中细胞类型特异性功能性增强子元件的稳健方法。本研究同时对5份野生型样本与6份敲除样本中的非编码RNA差异表达情况进行了分析。
