Alignments of orchid-mycorrhizal OTUs of Neottia ovata

This is a dataset of alignments of OTUs of orchid mycorrhizal fungi detected from roots of the orchid <i>Neottia ovata</i>. The fungal OTUs were clustered based on 97% similarity of reads generated from MiSeq 300-bp paired-end sequencing. Fungal OTUs were alignment within each of the eight fungal families including Serendipitaceae, Ceratobasidiaceae, Inocybaceae, Sebacinaceae, Thelephoraceae, Tulasnellaceae, Russulaceae and Atheliaceae.
