Data for: Diagnostic value of combined IQGAP3/BMP4 and IQGAP3/FAM107A expression ratios in urinary cell-free DNA for discriminating bladder cancer from hematuria

This data included a validation cohort (149 BC and 125 hematuria controls). Specifically, urinary cell-free DNA IQGAP3/BMP4 and IQGAP3/FAM107A ratios were measured by real-time PCR in BC and hematuria patients, and the data of these two ratios were combined to develop a discriminant score (DS) index using discriminant analysis.
