Experimental data corresponding to the impact of the annealing on the ellipsometric spectra of PVA film containing silver ions for 3 samples (AG1, AG2, and AG3). Fig. 12 correspond to the evolution of the volume fraction of AG1, AG2, and AG3 NPs estimated by spectroscopic ellipsometry and Fig. 13 correspond to the real and imaginary parts of the effective dielectric function spectra of the samples AG1, AG2, and AG3 vs wavelentgth and for different annealing times for AG2.
