Gene expression data of Fragaria vesca

This file delivers a tissue-resolved transcript-abundance matrix for F. vesca derived from 233 RNA-seq libraries covering nine tissue groups (leaf, root, flower, early-stage fruit, late-stage fruit (mature fruit), anther, carpel, seed, and stem). Reads were pseudo-aligned to the Fvesca vesca v6.0 transcriptome with kallisto; transcript-per-million (TPM) estimates were aggregated to the gene level.Batch correction by SVA has been applied, and all TPM estimates are log₂-transformed. kallisto gene count table is also included.
