Data for: Why Neighbourhood Commercial Districts Follow Different Pathways: Internal Conditions, Hinterland Relations, and Neighbouring Contexts in Seoul

This dataset supports the analysis of long-term survival pathway differentiation among Seoul's Type A alley commercial districts. It includes the final complete-case analytical dataset, survival pathway classifications, and a codebook for the explanatory variables used in the multinomial logit and within-group subtype logit models. The raw commercial-district data were obtained from the Seoul Open Data Plaza, and building-related information was obtained from V-World.
