We present a new cosmological theory that explains the creation of mass, galaxies, and cyclical structures of the universe through the interaction of antimatter with stationary photons. The theory proposes the existence of "quiet zones" in the universe where photons can be stopped, allowing antimatter to bombard them and create mass through a fission process. Black holes in this model function as self-dividing generators that create new galaxies through rotation and dimensional splitting. We propose an experimental test through the arrest of photons in a strong magnetic field.
