NY State Thruway Toll Gantries

This dataset provides information about the locations where toll gantries cross over the Thruway Authority's Roadways. A single record is provided for at each location, even if there are two gantries (e.g., one over the westbound direction of travel, and one over the eastbound). The gantries are used to determine tolls for vehicles that pass under them. They contain E-ZPass tag readers and cameras and sensors to bill non-E-ZPass users via Cashless Tolling.
