Metagenomic sequencing of the vaginal microbiome collected from subjects during pregnancy. Initially used to study the diversity and ecology of Gardnerella in the vaginal microbiome in pregnancy and preterm birth. Human sequences have been removed by filtering against the human genome GRCh38.p13 with Bbmap.
