S7 - Anvi'o 7 pangenome full databases for Rickettsia, Megaira and Tisiphia (==torix Rickettsia)

What is it

The Anvi'o 7 databases used to build the
pangenome for Rickettsia, Megaira and Tisiphia(==torix Rickettsia) with all
annotation information from KEGG and COG20 aswell as pyANI Average Nucleotide
Identity scores.

Figure S7 - Pangenome of 103 genomes including Rickettsia, Torix, and Ca. Megaira. New genomes are indicated by ●. Each genome displays gene cluster presence/absence and is organised by gene cluster frequency. Group identity was assigned from phylogeny. SFG is Spotted Fever Group.

Why is it

Much information is lost in the transition from interactive
figure to a paper appropriate figure. Access to these databases which contain
all metadata required will enable anyone with Anvi’o installed to view an
interactive version of the pangenome displayed in S7 for the paper "Genomic
diversity in the genus Rickettsia and its sister groups indicate the torix
group are evolutionarily distinct"

Use and benefit

Transparency and repeatability for our data. Also allows
others to investigate and extract our raw genomic data.
