Age distribution of the workforce

Age distribution of staff on 31 December since 2010. For drivers, the purpose of using different age groups from other colleges (45 to 49 and 50 and over) is to incorporate the specificities of the special pension scheme for railway workers. * "Staff members": also referred to as a "permanent manager" within SNCF, this concept refers to a statutory position, whatever the staff member's college, in accordance with the provisions of internal directive RH 001 ("Status of collective relations between SNCF and its staff"). * "Contract staff": means a member of staff who is not covered by the Staff Regulations but who is bound to SNCF by an employment contract under ordinary law. * "College": classification according to the staff representation colleges, i.e. "execution", "master's" and "management". * Rolling personnel include driving agents ("driving rolling executions") and conductors ("train rolling executions"). These data come from the Social Report published each year by SNCF's Cohesion & Human Resources Department. The social report presents the data relating to all the company’s staff with the exception of doctors who work in the field of occupational and care medicine for staff in active employment, trainees, caretakers and contract staff under contract assisted. **From 2019, the type of staff taken into account in the Social Balance Sheet has been modified: the number of staff presented is the total number of staff (and no longer the "real" number of staff).** ****____~~~~2010年以来每年12月31日的员工年龄分布情况。 针对司机群体，本次统计采用与其他职类（College）不同的年龄分组（45至49岁及50岁及以上），旨在纳入铁路职工专属养老金计划的特殊性考量。 * 正式员工（Staff members）：在SNCF内部亦被称为"常设管理人员"，根据内部指令RH 001《SNCF与员工集体关系地位》的条款规定，无论员工所属职类为何，该概念均指代法定岗位。 * 合同用工（Contract staff）：指未受正式员工条例规制，但依据普通法雇佣合同与SNCF建立劳动关系的人员。 * 职类（College）：依据员工代表职类体系划分的分类标准，具体包含"执行类""硕士类"与"管理类"。 * 轮乘人员（Rolling personnel）：涵盖驾驶外勤人员（driving rolling executions）与列车乘务员（train rolling executions）。 本次数据来源于SNCF凝聚力与人力资源部每年发布的《社会报告》。该报告涵盖公司除以下人员外的全体员工相关数据：在职员工职业与护理医疗领域执业医师、实习生、护理人员及协议辅助类合同用工。 **2019年起，《社会资产负债表》所纳入的员工统计口径已作出调整：本次披露的员工数量为员工总人数（不再沿用此前的"实际在职员工人数"统计标准）。**
