13 Chapel Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Archaeological Watching Brief (OASIS ID: kdkarcha1-205637)

Between May and June 2015, a programme of archaeological observation and recording was undertaken during the construction of a two storey rear extension and the re-building of the existing outbuilding and link to the house at 13 Chapel Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The footing trenches, soakaway and service trenches monitored revealed the foundations of the recently demolished extension and outbuilding, as well as the foundations of existing buildings and a garden wall. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered.
