To understand the mechanism of action of streptomycin, we performed RNA-seq in the SW620 colon cancer cell line after treatment with streptomycin or dihydrostreptomycin as a control. Overall design: SW620 cells were cultured in suspension with or without streptomycine (SM), dihydrostreptomycin (DSM) at 120µM (EC50) for 2 days in 3 biological replicates.
