SKILLBILL Social Impact Survey Results

Dataset 1: Stakeholder and Expert Survey – Joint Stakeholder Initiative (Working Groups) This dataset contains survey responses from stakeholders and expert members participating in the SKILLBILL Joint Stakeholder Initiative’s Working Groups. The data were collected through tailored questionnaires designed to monitor and assess the social impact of collaborative activities in renewable energy education. The dataset captures information regarding stakeholder engagement, collaboration effectiveness, transparency, inclusiveness, and knowledge exchange. Data are anonymised, GDPR-compliant, and follow FAIR principles. Dataset 2: Green Portal User Analytics and Survey Data This dataset includes data from users of the SKILLBILL Green Portal, an online platform for knowledge sharing on renewable energy solutions. It presents survey results collected from portal users. The dataset aims to measure the platform’s contribution to knowledge dissemination, inclusivity, user satisfaction, and the acceptance of renewable energy systems. Data are processed to ensure GDPR compliance and prepared under FAIR data management standards. Dataset 3: Vocational Education and Training (VET) Programmes – Student and Professional Feedback This dataset collects survey responses and evaluation results from students, technicians, and professionals enrolled in SKILLBILL’s Vocational Education and Training programmes. The dataset captures indicators related to employability, technical skill development, workforce readiness, and renewable energy awareness. It contributes to assessing how VET programmes bridge skill gaps and foster workforce development in the renewable energy sector. Data are anonymised, GDPR-compliant, and provided following FAIR data standards. Dataset 4: European Specialisation Programme – Student Feedback and Learning Outcomes This dataset provides results from questionnaires and assessment forms collected from students enrolled in the European Specialisation Programme. It measures educational impacts such as skill enhancement, talent maximisation, equal access, gender equality in STEM, and flexibility of programme delivery. The dataset includes indicators as enrolment statistics, completion rates, student satisfaction, perceived relevance of acquired skills, etc. All personal information has been anonymised in compliance with GDPR, and the dataset is FAIR compliant. Dataset 5: Gender Aspects in Renewable Energy Sector This dataset compiles gender-related data gathered across all SKILLBILL activities (Working Groups, Green Portal, European Specialisation Programme, and VET). It captures indicators related to participation rates, inclusivity, equal access to education, representation of women in STEM, and perceptions of gender equality in renewable energy education and training. By integrating quantitative and qualitative responses, this dataset provides insights into how SKILLBILL interventions contribute to empowering gender equality in renewable energy education and workforce development. The dataset is anonymised, GDPR-compliant, and aligned with FAIR principles. Dataset 6: Renewable Energy Awareness and Perceptions This dataset focuses on renewable energy systems (RES) awareness, drawing data horizontally from all SKILLBILL activities (Working Groups, Green Portal, European Specialisation Programme, and VET). It captures how participants, stakeholders, and users perceive renewable energy, their levels of awareness, acceptance, and willingness to adopt RES solutions. The dataset combines surveys, usage analytics, and feedback to provide a comprehensive picture of SKILLBILL’s contribution to raising awareness and promoting the social acceptance of RES. Data are anonymised, GDPR-compliant, and made available in line with FAIR data standards.
