Expression data from Efp-silenced breast cancer cells

To clarify the mechanism of Efp/TRIM25 in breast cancer, breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231 and TNBC-PDC) were transfected with siRNAs targeting Efp (siEfp_1 and siEfp_3) and control siRNA targeting firefly luciferase (siCont). We used microarrays to detail the global programme of Efp-mediated gene expression and identified up- and down-regulated genes. Total RNAs were extracted from human breast cancer cells, MDA-MB-231 and TNBC-PDC, both of which were transfected with siRNAs targeting Efp (siEfp #A and #B) and control siRNA (siCont). These RNAs were then used for Affymetrix microarrays analysis.
