The benchmarking datasets used for deepBlink. The npz files contain train/valid/test splits inside and can be used directly. The files belong to the following challenges / classes:<br>- ISBI Particle tracking challenge: microtubule, vesicle, receptor- Custom synthetic (based on http://smal.ws): particle- Custom fixed cell: smfish- Custom live cell: suntag<br>The csv files are to determine which image in the test splits correspond to which original image, SNR, and density.
