The purpose of this study was to find potential BRAF-related molecular markers to enhance the sensitivity of diagnosis of PTC. RNA sequencing was performed on 12 cases of four different groups, including the normal thyroid tissues, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, PTC complicated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and PTC.The candidate genes were verified by quantitative real-time PCR and tissue microarrays.
