DEI Investment Product

Denominator's DEI Investment Universe product provides investors with access to the most granular DEI database on publicly listed and large private companies (25K+) on the market. The dataset covers 250+ unique variables across 15+ dimensions of DEI, such as gender, race/ethnicity, sexuality, nationality, education, age, etc. covering all countries and industries.

The dataset enhances investors’ Social ESG insights and considerations within their investment and ownership practices on global portfolios and can thereby be viewed as a complimentary dataset to existing ESG datasets. Use cases include:

- Portfolio Performance Analysis: Identify DEI leaders and laggards measured in relation to countries and industries of operation across 15+ dimensions.
- DEI Stewardship & Engagement: Utilize global peer performance data and benchmarking to guide DEI stewardship & engagement policies and practices.
- Thematic Investing: Create socially-oriented investment products for a new generation of investors or incorporate granular social data into existing ESG products.
- Enhance ESG Methodology: Strengthen social considerations in existing proprietary ESG methodologies.
- Regulatory Reporting: Use DEI data to report on 4 mandatory PAI Indicators (and several more optional PAIs) in compliance with SFDR.

- Advanced Total: Measures the total DEI performance across three levels (Board, Executive Management, Total Company) and 15+ dimensions of DEI.
- Advanced Total Gender: Measures the total Gender performance across three levels of the company (Board, Executive Management, Total Company).
- Advanced Total Race/Ethnicity: Measures the total Race/Ethnicity performance across three levels of the company (Board, Executive Management, Total Company).
